Testifying Experience:
September 2018 - Administrative Hearing: Testified as an expert witness at the Santa Monica Rent Control Board to show the hearing officer that the occupants of a unit established residency out of the area before moving back to the unit.
August 2018 - Administrative Hearing: Testified as an expert witness at the Santa Monica Rent Control Board to confirm the current physical address of a tenant and showing the hearing officer that the tenant permanently moved out of State.
June 2018 - Jury Trial: 10th & Idaho, LLC vs. Friedman; Filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court Case #18SMUD00873. Testified as an expert witness for the Plaintiff in a jury trial to show the Defendant relocated out-of-state without the intentions of moving back to Los Angeles. Plaintiff verdict.
2010 - Courtroom Testimony: Los Angeles Superior Court Case #BF 011919. Testified as a rebuttal witness in a family law case regarding the Respondent's employment status

2003 - Deposition: Volfson vs. Baker Street Group; San Diego County Superior Court, Case #GIC793644. Retained as an expert witness by the insurance carrier to show that a private investigator did not invade the Plaintiff's privacy.
2003 - Jury Trial: Volfson vs. The Baker Street Group; Filed in San Diego County Superior Court Case # GIC79364. Testified in the jury trial. Defense verdict.
2003 - Courtroom Testimony: Association of Pager Agents Inc. vs Edwin Martinez; Los Angeles County Superior Court, Case #LC061831. Testified as an expert witness at a default prove-up hearing to show fraud and identity theft was committed by the defendant.
2001 - Court Trial: Vandervort vs. Sullivan; Orange County Superior Court; Retained as an expert by defense counsel to show that the Plaintiff committed identify theft.
