  • Courtroom Testimony: Los Angeles Superior Court Case #BF 011919. Testified in 2010 as a rebutall witness in a family law case regarding the Respondent's employment status.

  • Deposition: Leonid Volfson vs. The Baker Street Group; San Diego County Superior Court, Case #GIC793644. Retained in 2003 as an expert witness by the insurance carrier to show that a private investigator did not invade the Plaintiff's privacy.

  • Jury Trial: Leonid Volfson vs. The Baker Street Group; Filed in San Diego County Superior Court Case # GIC79364. Testified in the jury trial (2003). Defense verdict.

  • Courtroom Testimony: Association of Pager Agents Inc. vs Edwin Martinez; Los Angeles County Superior Court, Case #LC061831. Testified in 2003 as an expert witness at a default prove up hearing to show fraud and identity theft was committed by the defendant.

  • Court Trial: Vandervort vs. Sullivan; Orange County Superior Court; Retained as an expert by defense counsel to show that the Plaintiff committed identify theft.

  • Deposition: Retained by an attorney in Oakland, CA to show that a private investigator went too far in conducting a background check on a claimant.
